Years ago, I asked my grandmother why we never said the words "I love you" in our family. Her answer stayed with me, because what I realized in that moment was simple and life-changing: the thing you most want is often waiting on the other side of asking for it. Most of us never ask. We perform, we achieve, we make ourselves useful, and we quietly hope someone will notice and give us what we were afraid to request.
I know that pattern intimately, because I lived it.
On paper, I had it handled. Two decades in marketing and communications. Awards. National television. The title, the reputation, the résumé. And underneath all of it, a quiet, persistent feeling that I was performing a life instead of living one. Successful everywhere, and strangely disconnected from myself.
Five career layoffs taught me resilience I didn't know I had. But the deeper work, the work I now do with my clients, taught me something harder and more important: that so much of what looked like a confidence problem or a relationship problem was really a self-worth problem in disguise. I had learned, somewhere along the way, that I had to earn my place. Once I could finally see that pattern, I could change it. That's when I came home to myself.
I've spent more than twenty years studying how people communicate, connect, and get in their own way, first as a communications strategist, then as a coach.
I pair that with real training in the science of emotional intelligence, and with the lived experience of having done this work on myself.

My private coaching program, The Authentic Self Experience, is a twelve-week one-to-one journey for successful women who have done the work and are still stuck in the one area that matters most.
Together we uncover what's really driving the pattern, rebuild your self-trust, and turn insight into a life that finally feels like yours.
I'm the big sister who will love you enough to tell you the truth, and walk with you while you change it.
Authenticity isn't a personality you're born with. It's a practice.
You don't have to shrink, perform, or abandon yourself to be loved.
The thing you most want is often on the other side of asking for it.
You can't fix what you can't yet see. That's what I'm here to help with.
If any of this felt like it was written about you, that's not a coincidence.
Let's find out what's really been keeping you stuck, and whether this is the work that finally moves it.
